End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Murad Ali/Udaanly ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the PaisaPilot mobile application ("Application"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Application on mobile devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this license.

2. User Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application.

• Modify, adapt, improve, enhance, or create derivative works from the Application.

• Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations in connection with your access or use of the Application.

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of the Company.

3. Data and Offline Usage

PaisaPilot provides localized caching architectures allowing offline-first record storage. You acknowledge that data stored locally on your device is your sole responsibility. The Company is not liable for data loss resulting from application deletion, device failure, or local cache corruption. If cloud synchronization features are utilized, data handling will strictly adhere to the PaisaPilot Privacy Policy.

4. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your device.
