2. Accuracy of Data & Manual Entries
PaisaPilot operates as a ledger utility. The mathematical accuracy of all tracking histories, including peer balances ("Give & Take"), billing cycles, and investment totals, depends entirely on manual entries supplied by the user. The Company does not verify, audit, or cross-reference user input data and explicitly disclaims all liability for errors, missing figures, math discrepancies, or miscalculations resulting from user input errors or local software synchronization delays.
3. "As-Is" Software Provision
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PaisaPilot explicitly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Application's performance, uptime, or lack of code anomalies. In no event shall the Company be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial damages or losses incurred out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application.
