TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PAISAPILOT

Welcome to PaisaPilot ("Application"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile application owned, operated, and maintained by Udaanly ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PaisaPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APPLICATION AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. Description of Service

PaisaPilot is a personal finance, bookkeeping, and budget-tracking application. The Application allows users to manually track income sources (including salary, business revenue, freelance earnings, or daily wages), monitor expenses, organize mutual fund Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), manage informal peer-to-peer "Give & Take" credit/debit ledgers, and export data into PDF summaries.

2. Not Financial or Professional Advice

PAISAPILOT IS A DATA TRACKING AND ORGANIZATIONAL TOOL ONLY.

  • The Application does not provide legal, tax, investment, financial, or banking advice.

  • All mathematical calculations, interest projections, portfolio valuations, and ledger balances shown in the app are based purely on data inputted voluntarily by you.

  • You acknowledge that any financial decisions made based on information tracked within this app are your sole responsibility. We recommend consulting a certified financial planner or accountant for professional financial advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of PaisaPilot, you may be required to register for an account using a valid email address, a 10-digit mobile phone number, or Google Single Sign-On (SSO).

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account session.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to bypass, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the app or its connected Firebase cloud infrastructure.

  • Using the Application's communication tools (such as automated WhatsApp payment reminder text generators) to send spam, harassing messages, or unsolicited communications to individuals.

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the underlying code, graphics, layouts, or brand assets of PaisaPilot.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Application, including its source code, databases, functionalities, software, graphic designs, interfaces, and logos (including the PaisaPilot brand icon assets), are owned and controlled by Udaanly, and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APPLICATION’S CONTENT OR DATA PROCESSING.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL UDAANLY OR ITS TEAM BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Application (including blocking certain IP addresses or suspended user accounts) to any person for any reason, including without limitation for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
