A. Personal Data

Voluntarily provided personally identifiable information which may include:

• Authentication Details: Name, email address, and 10-digit mobile number when you sign up or log in via standard registration or Google Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Profile Metadata: Profile images or display preferences customized within your account settings.

B. Financial and Ledger Data

To provide our core tracking services, the Application processes financial records entered entirely by you:

• Income & Expense Logs: Categorized transaction entries, including salaries, business revenue, freelance earnings, or daily wages.

• Give & Take Ledgers: Credit and debit tracking entries, including transaction amounts, balances, and names associated with your voluntary ledger inputs.

• Investment Portfolios: Tracker data regarding your mutual fund Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs), upcoming due dates, and wealth distributions.

C. Device and Contact Permissions

• Device Contacts: With your explicit permission, the Application accesses your device's contact list solely to let you choose profiles when creating entries in your "Give & Take" ledger. We do not upload your contacts to our servers or share them with third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

PaisaPilot uses the collected information strictly to maintain your bookkeeping records and ensure a secure app environment. We use your data to:

• Create, maintain, and securely manage your user profile.

• Calculate, organize, and display your income, budgets, loans, and investment histories on your executive dashboard.

• Generate on-demand interactive PDF financial reports.

• Facilitate native sharing features, such as sending automated payment reminders via WhatsApp.

• Keep your user session active securely on your device so you stay logged in.

• Monitor and fix application bugs, system crashes, or database configuration regressions.

3. Data Storage and Retention

• Firebase Cloud Infrastructure: Your account data and financial ledgers are securely stored and synced using industry-standard backend cloud infrastructure (Google Firebase).

• Data Security: We implement strict cryptographic security measures to protect your database transactions against unauthorized access, loss, or manipulation.

• Retention Limits: Your financial metadata and ledger records remain permanently saved and active in your database until you explicitly choose to edit or delete your entries or account profile.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal financial tracking data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

We only disclose information when necessary to fulfill legal obligations, enforce our app terms, or securely interact with trusted third-party service providers essential to running our application:

• Google Firebase Framework: To manage cloud authentication, database storage, and real-time backend hosting.

• User-Initiated Sharing: When you explicitly click to export a PDF report or tap to send a balance reminder text over WhatsApp, the application hands that specific document to your device's native system sharing hooks.

5. Your Privacy Rights and Control

You retain full control over your financial records. You have the right to:

• Review and Edit: Update or correct your profile names, contact numbers, or historical ledger entries at any time directly inside the app interface.

• Revoke Permissions: Disable contact book access or notification permissions via your mobile device's system settings menu at any time.

• Account Deletion: Request the permanent removal of your account profile and all connected financial databases from our Firebase servers.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications to our application services or changing legal obligations. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and publishing the revised terms inside the Application.
